Will Richardson is a native of Dallas, and a fifth generation Texan. He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of North Texas, an MBA in Administrative Management with a minor in Macro-Economics from the same University, and is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.

His real-estate background is broad-based and extensive, including five years as President and CEO of Richardson National Bank, management positions with the Building Materials Division of Boise Cascade Corporation, and eighteen years in association with RE/MAX, the top residential real estate firm in the Dallas area. In 2001, Will was inducted into the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame.

Will’s business philosophy is simple and straight-forward: “Listen well and work hard.” Will’s primary markets are the North Dallas suburbs of Richardson, Plano, Allen, Frisco, and McKinney.

He has been involved in numerous community and civic organizations, and has served as a Director of the YMCA, the Richardson Medical Center Foundation, the Allen Rotary Club, and as a Founding Director of the Allen Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra, as well as a member of the Norton Elementary “Dream Team” in the Allen I.S.D. Will plays violin, enjoys tennis, and especially appreciates the tolerance and patience of Terri, his wife of 33 years. Will and Terri currently live in Allen, Texas.
